Vendor Participation Policy

For Vendors & Exhibitors 

Food and beverage sales

Only individuals qualified as food hygiene supervisors are eligible. A separate application form is needed for particular products. It is not permitted to cook at the location. Please be aware that The Milk & Shake (TMS) will not be held accountable for any items sold.

Products that smell strongly

Please refrain from selling goods that have overpowering smells that could harm other people.

In relation to noise

Please refrain from utilizing equipment that produces loud noises, such as background music, as there is a library and information center on the property.

Booth Allocation & Selection

  • If applications exceed capacity, participants will be selected based on a balanced mix of product categories and national representation. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Applications may close early once sufficient vendors have been confirmed.
  • Booth (table) positions will be assigned by the organizers and cannot be chosen after selection.
  • Successful applicants will receive provisional acceptance, which becomes final registration upon payment of the booth fee (at the venue).

Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for non-attendance on the event day.
  • If the event is cancelled by the SIM organizers, all registration fees will be fully refunded.

The TMS team will make every effort to provide a safe and enjoyable environment. However, the organizers are not liable for any accidents, injuries, loss, theft, or disputes that may occur during the event. Thank you for your understanding.
