16. Media Rights and Publicity

By attending our events or participating in membership activities, you consent to the use of your image, voice, and likeness in photos, videos, or other media captured during the event.
These materials may be used for documentation, promotion, or marketing without compensation.
If you do not wish to appear in media, please contact impact@themilkandshake.com in advance.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Code of Conduct, and any event- or membership-specific policies, represent the entire agreement between you and The Milk&Shake regarding your use of the Site and participation in our ecosystem.
